ku jugak xfahm npe hri ni je aku dh post 2 n3...terlalu kebusanan kowt..hikhik..
sementelah xde kje nk wt aku pon mencri kje dgn search tips utk diet..wah..(korang xrse ke aku ni rajin..??)ye2 aku nieh..ngh excited nk diet mmg la cmnih..jgn kjp2 sudeh..hopefully b'terusan la hendak ny...hikhik...so dlm misi pencarian tips nieh..aku jump beratus2 juta tips..tinggal nk praktikan je ke x je..so pk2 la sndri...(sbnr ny aku yg kne pk...sbb yg sebok nk diet skrg aku..haha)
so why not dlm mencari2 2 aku share ngn korang sume pe bnde yg aku telah jump..n aku rse cm ok la..buleh la kowt kl nk dipraktikan...(kl ayt dlm makamah..kire nye releven...hikhik)memandai je aku sdg kn makamah pown aku xnh g..hikhikhik..sudeh2 aku xmo merepek2 lg...trus kte ke matlamat utama...so ni la list of tips yg aku cter kn td tuh...so,kl u ols rse cm ok leh la gunakan bukn utk diet sj tp jugak ia sesuai utk jg kesihatn..(wah dh cm pakar kesihatan lak neh...)

but b4 that..aku jump list of the good n bad reasons for wanting to loose weight..

the good things..

1. To get fit
2. To avoid health problems
3. To improve your self confidence

yg nieh ok la..aku setuju sgt...but yg neh...

the bad things...

1. To make a bad relationship good(ye ke..ntah xpasti lak..)
   
2. To make someone proud of you(isk..xyh la smpai nk wt owg len proud ngn kita..e2 dh cm nk menunjuk2 la..xbgus)
   
3. To make someone like you(xslh kot..maybe,tp skrg ni suma owg dh open..diowg accpt tke their partner as what they are..kn?)

• Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages.(1 0 ltr every day..ckup??)
• Think about what you can add to your diet, not what you should take away.(yg ni yg bgus..)
• Be choosy about nighttime snacks.(hurmmm..snaks??so delicious..opsss..NO)
• Take your lunch to work.(okeh2..pasti..)
• Sit when you eat(kl ikot islam dh tentu2 mkn kne duduk kn?kn?)
• Have mostly veggies for lunch(sy mmg suke syur..)
• Eat at home(mknan dirumah yg plg best wpon telur mta n kicap...)
• Enjoy your favorite foods(mksd nye leh la mkn pe je yg kte ska asl quantity nye ckit..)
• Spice it up.(kl mkn yg peds..cpt la stop..kn tips jugk tuh,so pasni suma bnde plus cili api okeh..)
• Limit alcohol to weekends(xyh weekend..4 da rest of my life..ni bnda haram okeh..)
• the most important thins is excercise!!(yeah..1,2,3,..3 lg....)
  

actually kl nk senarai mmg xlarat lah..coz tersgt la byk..hikhik..ni just utk tatapan je..hukhuk..kl rse b'minat leh la practic kn kl rse cm merepek leh la wt thu je....ok gak pe..hehe:)
