- Have mostly veggies for lunch(sy mmg suke syur..)
- Eat at home(mknan dirumah yg plg best wpon telur mta n kicap...)
- Enjoy your favorite foods(mksd nye leh la mkn pe je yg kte ska asl quantity nye ckit..)
- Spice it up.(kl mkn yg peds..cpt la stop..kn tips jugk tuh,so pasni suma bnde plus cili api okeh..)
- Limit alcohol to weekends(xyh weekend..4 da rest of my life..ni bnda haram okeh..)
- the most important thins is excercise!!(yeah..1,2,3,..3 lg....)
